Espresso bar on Nowy Świat
A twenty-two-square-metre unit needed a short counter, eight seats, and a clear takeaway path. We removed a deep display that blocked the door, set a mint-painted service wall, and used soft rose banquette fabric along the party wall. Seat count stayed modest so coats and queues could coexist in winter. Warm pendants over the counter; dimmable wall lights for evening.
Lunch room near Plac Zbawiciela
A forty-seat lunch room wanted denser midday tables without evening clutter. We drew two-top clusters that combine into fours, added acoustic panels above the banquette, and kept the floor hard near the entrance for wet shoes. Charcoal metal shelving held glassware without crowding the aisle.
Praga courtyard restaurant
Brick walls and a taller volume needed softer light and fewer hard parallel surfaces. We planned timber banquettes, linen curtains on the courtyard side, and a longer bar with a pickup shelf so orders did not cut through dining. The palette stayed muted so the brick remained the main character.
Hotel café refresh in Śródmieście
An existing hotel café asked for seating and lighting only. We rebalanced table sizes, added task light at the pastry counter, and introduced washable textiles in rose and grey-green. The hotel kept its contractor; we supplied drawings and a finish schedule with PLN-priced supplier notes.
