A clear path from measured visit to drawings your contractor can use.
Enquiry and consult
You write or call with the address, approximate public area, and what you need — seating, counter, full concept. We reply with a consult fee between 450 and 900 PLN depending on travel within Warsaw and room complexity. The visit includes measuring and a short discussion of priorities.
Brief and priorities
After the consult we write a one-page brief: target seat count, service style at a high level, material preferences, and building constraints. You confirm or adjust before drawings start. We do not rewrite menus or staff plans.
Concept drawings
You receive a seating plan, counter outline where relevant, and a material direction with sample references. Lighting and acoustic notes sit in the same pack for mid and full packages. One revision round is included in standard packages; further rounds are quoted in PLN.
Notes for trades
Final schedules list finishes, furniture types, and fixture positions. Your builders, joiners, and electricians price and install. Clarification emails during install sit inside the package window; site supervision days are optional extras.
Handover
You keep PDFs and notes for later phases. If you open a second Warsaw location — another Śródmieście unit or a Praga dining room — we can reuse palette logic while redrawing the new footprint.
