All fees in PLN. Furniture and materials are paid separately to suppliers. Consult visits 450–900 PLN are credited toward a package if you book within 30 days.
Package I
3,500 – 6,500 PLN
- Single-focus concept: seating plan or material and lighting refresh
- Site consult within Warsaw credited if booked within 30 days
- Dimensioned plan or palette board with sample references
- One revision round and email support while you order
- Does not include furniture, joinery, or construction labour
Package II
6,500 – 11,000 PLN
- Counter and dining concept with seating outline
- Service-edge elevations and guest-face notes
- Material direction coordinated with the counter
- Lighting placement notes for the service zone
- One revision round; trades documentation for joiners you hire
Package III
11,000 – 18,000 PLN
- Full public-floor concept: seating, counter, materials, light, acoustics
- Coordinated drawings and finish schedules
- Acoustic soft-goods notes where density requires them
- Lunch and evening lighting scenes outlined for your electrician
- Clarification emails during install within the package window

Never on the board
Kitchen process design, menu work, staffing advice, structural engineering, and building permits sit outside our fees. We design guest-facing interiors and prepare notes for trades you hire separately. Consults are paid before the visit; packages usually split 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
